Products & Ingredients
Yes! All our products are made with 100% natural ingredients. We use absolutely no artificial preservatives, no artificial colors, and no artificial flavors. Every jar contains only what nature provides — fresh fruits, vegetables, spices, and traditional recipes passed down through generations. This is why our pickles and murabbas taste just like homemade.
We currently offer 40+ handpicked products across several categories:
- Pickles (Achar): Mango, Lemon, Mixed, Garlic, Chili, and more
- Murabbas: Gulkand Rose, Amla, Carrot, Apple, and other fruit preserves
- Chutneys: Various sweet and savory chutneys
- Sharbats & Syrups: Traditional drink concentrates

Storage instructions vary by product, but generally:
- Before Opening: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- After Opening: Refrigerate and use a clean, dry spoon each time to maintain freshness.
- Each jar includes specific storage instructions on the label. Following these will ensure maximum shelf life and flavor.
Since we use no artificial preservatives, our products have a natural shelf life. Most products last 6–12 months unopened when stored properly. Each jar has a "Best Before" date printed on it. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 4–8 weeks (refrigerated) for the best taste and quality.
Our products are made in a facility that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, wheat, and soy. While we maintain strict hygiene protocols, cross-contamination is possible. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before placing your order so we can guide you on which products are safest for you.

No, you don't need an account! You can place an order as a guest on our website, or simply message us on WhatsApp or call us directly. However, creating an account makes reordering faster and allows you to track your order history.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone at +92 305 6438624. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery upon arrival. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more details.
There is no strict minimum order value. However, delivery charges may apply for smaller orders. We often offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount — check our Website or ask our team for current promotions.

Delivery & Shipping
We deliver across all of Pakistan — from Karachi to Peshawar, and everywhere in between. Whether you're in a major city or a smaller town, we'll do our best to reach you. If there are any delivery restrictions for your specific location, we will inform you at the time of order placement.
Delivery times vary by location:
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We'll provide you with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Delivery charges depend on your order value, weight, and delivery location. We frequently offer free delivery on orders above a certain value. Exact charges will be clearly communicated before you confirm your order. Contact us for a precise quote for your location.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
The courier will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If no one is available to receive the package after these attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or process a refund for the product cost (excluding delivery charges).
Payments & Pricing
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay when you receive your order
- Bank Transfer — Direct transfer to our bank account
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash — Mobile wallet transfers

No hidden charges — ever. The price you see on our Website is the price you pay for the product. Delivery charges (if any) are clearly communicated before you confirm your order. For COD orders, the courier may charge a small COD fee — we will inform you if this applies to your order.
Yes, all prices listed on our Website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You won't see any surprise tax additions at checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please see our full Refund & Return Policy for detailed information. We cannot accept returns for opened or partially consumed products, or for change of mind.
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or phone.
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your case within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, you can choose between a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash, depending on your original payment method.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for different flavors if the original product was delivered correctly and in good condition. However, you are welcome to place a new order for the flavor you prefer.

Currently, we operate primarily online to serve customers across all of Pakistan. We do not have a retail storefront at this time. However, you can order online or via WhatsApp, and we'll deliver straight to your doorstep. We may open physical locations in the future — stay tuned!
