6.3 Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver across all of Pakistan. Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take additional time. If we are unable to deliver to your specific location, we will inform you at the time of order placement or as soon as possible thereafter.

7.2 Delivery Timeframes

• Estimated delivery times vary by location and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, logistical challenges, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.

7.3 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary based on order value, weight, and destination. Applicable charges will be clearly communicated before order confirmation. Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain value, as advertised on our Website or communicated by our team.

7.4 Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting it. If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately. By accepting the delivery, you confirm that the package was received in acceptable external condition.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
